New Mixed-Use Towers,

Phase one of a large mixed-use complex in downtown Bellevue (three phases in total) consisting of two 27-story towers, restaurant, pool, bar and residential amenities with a connecting three-story podium below. The north tower consists of a luxury full-service boutique hotel with 120 rooms and 101 residential units above the hotel. The south tower is solely residential and contains approximately 225 units. Four levels of underground parking will accommodate 325 parking stalls. The total project size is about 600,000 SF.
Role: Senior project architect overseeing the project from schematic design, City design review, and design development. Main focus on the exterior cladding design, documentation and coordination with envelope/energy consultant and window systems vendors.
