Vulcan - Westlake-Terry Office Building
Mixed-Use Office Building, Seattle, WA
This two-building office complex is part of Vulcan’s 60-acre redevelopment in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The west and east buildings provide approximately 277,000 SF of office space and 42,000 SF of retail space at ground level. Building amenities include three levels of below grade parking garage, showers and lockers, bike storage and a connection to the city’s new streetcar line. Westlake-Terry is Seattle’s first sustainable, eco-friendly facility to earn LEED Gold Core & Shell certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Role: Lead project architect overseeing project from schematic design to construction documentation, building permitting, and construction administration.
